Buying Deals

It's pretty simple: you buy the deal and print out your receipt. The deal conditions explain WHEN and WHERE it can be redeemed. The vendor will have a list of confirmed purchasers, so you'll be on the list.

Since Fetch Puppy deals are time-sensitive and similar to a gift card, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If you have a problem with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. The sooner you contact us, the more likely your credit card will be credited. Alternatively, waiting to contact us may result in a credit towards future Fetch Puppy purchases.
